This used to be my go-to car wash place. I go about once every 2 months. They have microfiber towels for you to detail your car after it's washed and the vacuums are always strong. However, they have been raising the price over the past year or two and now it's to the point where I'll just wash and vacuum my car at home. At $15 for the cheapest option, they have priced me out. I'm just not going to pay $15 to wash/vacuum my car one time.

Stopped in to get a wash and was greeted at the gate by Brodie. He was very knowledgeable and explained all the washes and good deals they have. His customer service was top notch. I'll be back and hope to be greeted by Brodie again!

We have tried several times to resolve this. I am disappointed with the decision to deny any additional reimbursement. While I understand that a refund was previously issued, my concern has never been about the amount your local management team was authorized to refund. My concern is that I was charged for a membership that I did not knowingly enroll in, authorize, or use. As I previously explained, I paid for individual car washes and was unaware that a monthly membership had been added to my account. Once I discovered the recurring charges, I immediately brought the matter to your attention. The fact that a partial refund was issued suggests that Tidal Wave recognized there was a legitimate concern regarding these charges. Your response focuses on internal refund limitations rather than addressing the underlying issue of whether the membership was properly authorized. If the charges were not authorized, then the amount previously refunded does not fully resolve the matter. I respectfully request that Tidal Wave provide documentation showing when, where, and how I enrolled in the membership, including any signed agreement, electronic authorization, or other proof of consent. I stopped by to run my car through the wash and was helped at the gate by Brody, who did a wonderful job explaining the packages available. He wasn’t pushy at all, which I truly appreciated. I decided to go with the trial and paid $45 instead of $15 for a single wash, which gave me unlimited washes. Honestly, with spring rolling in and pollen covering everything like it’s trying to claim ownership, that was the best decision I could’ve made. I’ve been able to swing through as often as I want, keeping my car clean, shiny, and feeling brand new every time. They just opened a new location close to my office, and there’s another one near my home, so it’s incredibly convenient. Definitely a win all around!
